BRAND COMMUNICATION

Project: Global Design Community - Program Design
Design is embraced across all aspects at Nike. It’s truly weaved into the soul (and sole) of all products across sports categories, customer experiences and R&D. The Center Of Design Excellence (CODE) was established as the source of design truth, trend forecast and leadership vision to empower the 900+ global design community members. This department kept the design oxygen fresh through communication design updates, industry outreach programming and guidance on seasonal insights (theme, color and innovation).

Role: Art Direction + Graphic Design
This year-round internal design culture team of two worked across various brand strategy and thought leadership programs. As the main designer, the worked ranged from creating a cross-category onboarding system, crafting north star narratives for community and leadership event programs, and exploring new and untapped inspiration for the global community.

As the design community grew, the CODE team was granted further investment in developing a 10k+ square foot maker space to provide career development, experimentation and community building.
