Project: Brand Development + Program Design
An employee survey was conducted on product quality, work performance and company growth that provided the insight to establish a world-class studio program for the Nike global design community to prototype, collaborate and elevate the craft.

Role: Brand Design + Curation
As a never been done Nike initiative, a team of three took the wheel to create a brand identity and process to launch this maker space initiative. These efforts included developing the studio nomenclature, curating outreach programs and online editorial, and designing the studio workspace and communications to facilitate the global design community with the most relevant and innovative resources. This maker studio initiative not only brought the design community together, it also became an influence to recruit new global talent.
